Easiest way to do it is with security group filtering. Put those few
special servers in a security group. For the main GPO, add a Deny read
ACE for that group to the GPO. For the different GPO, remove the
Authenticated Users ACE completely and then add the new computer
security group with Read and Apply GP permissions.
