I am not sure
whether it was this forum or the other forum I am also on, but some of
us were having problems with XP boxes hanging on "Applying Computer
Settings". I believe this may be due to the size of UDP packets utilized by Kerberos. One can force Kerberos to go through TCP instead of UDP http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=244474 .
