Hi Rachel, I envy those living near the coast! For example most of the rare bees we saw at yesterday's talk seem to be in the south rather than up here. I have read a bit on the SWT website that says that many Red Squirrels have escaped from Tilgate Park and that they can survive for a number of years, however it doesn't mention a 'Great Escape'.
