This patch upgrades Apache Addressing's support to the Aug-2005 version of the
WS-Addressing spec. Although long, it largely consists of renaming
referenceProperties to referenceParameters.
Most of this work was done by Ananth Krishna.
We have not tested for interop with other implementations.
