Thomas Leonard commented on ADDR-10: ------------------------------------ Our policy is to require the copyright headers, as otherwise people won't know that we have copyright in the files. Without the extra header, it would say that Apache owns the complete copyright, whereas we are only granting you a license, as I understand it. I'm not a legal expert, and I'll have to check with the people here who are authorised to make these decisions. What is the normal way of handling this situation?
