There is very little available to support LUG's. The software I located
for installfests comes from Australia via Georgia. For linux users away
from a city with an established LUG there is very little to help them get
in touch with others in they area.

Maybe CLUE could piggy back on the Meet-up idea and promote it as a means
to help crate new LUGS.

Education is a provincial concern and often administered locally. I know
from my travels that politicians in many of the provinces do not like
Nationals telling them anything even if it is for their own good.
