Frank, what comes across to me most powerfully is that you're doing it. How
many of us are thinking about it, talking about it and wondering about how
we'd get it done, while you are doing it? That's the hardest part of them
all. Getting better at it, with the kind of determination you've already
shown, is a certainty, proven by your desire to get critical feedback and
deal with it positively. Congratulations on having the drive to just do it.
