Geez Sune, they don't sell galvanized pipe in Norway? You have more of a socialized system than we do, so maybe people are taking turns using it! :)
I have built this steadycam and use it to tape marching bands on the field. It works very well for my purposes and while I get the occasional dig from friends, it does the job!
