I want to shoot an event by using two or more digital cameras. I have heard that it is possible to use ccd cameras which don't have recording units, as the surveillance cameras and a laptop with enough configurations could be used for editing the footages at the same time the event is captured by the cameras. I need mpeg1(VCD) or mpeg2 as the output. Does anybody know this setup, or similar solution(s)?
