Tongue in cheek answer to making red lines go away: get a "real time" video
acceleration card and I/O system such as Matrox Axio. As long as you work
within the framework of project settings and types of video designed to
work natively with that system, you'd be surprised how few red lines appear
in a project. 'Working within the framework' typically means not mixing
interlaced with progressive.

Yes, I captured source with "HDVsplit" .m2t.
What is the best way to capture ?

The Premiere project preset is "HDV 1080i 50".
