hello again, in the response (quoted below) was info/a suggestion from Uwe related to my recent problem. I am now officially confused, because it seems as though he uses "rendering" and "exporting" interchangeably. Can someone try to explain this in relationship to my slooowww to freezing to locking up while rendering very short clips? We haven't reached the exporting step yet, but i expect to have similar issues then too.
