Lee,
Do a short test and select "none" and you will get two separate files for
audio and video. I always do that when I make a DVD but only for a stupid
reason. With CS4 I had problems with preview when I used multiplexed files.
Preview worked fine with two separate files.
I no longer have the problem in CS5 but am so used to doing it that way.
Not sure whether the one or the other is better, for me both look and sound
the same and Encore accepts both ways as well. Just ensure that you do
not have a misallignment of the two files on the Encore timeline..
