Hi Mike,

I'm a little rusty but I think this still holds.

You need to modify the clips permanently before dragging them into bins.
I.E. colour correct them and save the copy as a new clip.  (Very time
consuming as you say.)
Unless there is a flag to save the correction, depends on the version you
use, I'm sure there must be a way to override the 'reset' when using clips
multiple times, but it escapes me if there is.

I think this process can be speeded up, as long as the clips need near
enough the same amount of correction, where you correct one clip, then you
drag the resultant 'fixed' correction used onto further clips.

This information will be of use to me too in June, I've got a Silver
Jubilee celebration to shoot and edit, each camera has slightly different
colour rendering characteristics, will be interesting!
