This would be a perfect place to use macros, but it appears that 
Premiere doesn't offer macros, unlike Photoshop. A few new keyboard 
shortcuts would be nice as well: one to select the next clip in the 
sequence, another to set the work bar to a single clip for saving 
that clip, and so on.
