I wonder if anyone could help me with an audio and video sync problem.
When editing I am finding in many cases my audio is out of sync.
Many times the audio is overlapped from another place on the tape.
I normally capture the whole tape then work from there
I did a test with the camcorder and Pro Pro 3 capture
Listening and watching the camcorder and the Pre Pro monitor and audio
The camcorder was working fine but the video stopped and started a little bit.
The audio was in and out stopping frequently.
I Have 3 internal hard drives and 2 external 5 gigs in all
Thought it was a usb 2 problem so I changed the external drives to esata
Not the solution I still have the same problem.
I have Pre Pro CS3
Computer is a Intel Quad core Q9300 2.50 GHz
4GB Ram 32 bit operating system Vista
Video Card is GeForce 6200 le 256 mb pci
Camcorder is a Sony HDR-FX 1000 capture with firewire
Has anyone had a problem like this?
