Finished the implementation. By default, it's now impossible to place overlapping objects onto the map. In return, the overlap check is using the individual shapes to check for overlap instead of the overall object bounding box. For odd cases, there's a option in the grid control that allows to disable overlap prevention. There's still an indication for overlap, however. To get the new stuff working, you'll need an up-to-date engine installation, as some of the basic intersection tests are implemented there. On to the next mapedit tasks ...
