Hi Christian! I doubt whether your procedure will work. TSM will not allow you to replace files which are locked by the OS. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you will have to install Win2k initially in a different directory. This way you can restore the complete original windows folder afterwards. I don't really know why you should apply the service pack, but my guess is that it has to do with the kernel file which resides in the root.
