This is an excellent idea and I am definitely going to look in to this
one :-)
I mean in only 1.5 months I've managed to get one of my friends already
head over heals on Sun technology. I think he's most into VDI currently
as we installed the secure global desktop on both CentOS and Solaris 10
for him as a demo and soon we're planning on getting some Rays too which
will be awsome.
I think the area we really need to hit here is colleges and universities
as Turkey has one major advantages over most other countries in that it
has a huge young population meaning definite potential. Unfortunately
out here not everyone can make it to uni as the government doesn't give
grants to people wishing to go so most are stuck with college diplomas.
With the aide of Hi-Tech learning and industry development out here I'm
pretty certain that we can overcome this one but it will take time...... :-)
