T-1 speed is 1.54Mbps, so that sounds about the same.

I think many of us would be happy to seed the torrent, but personally I'd
prefer it if the tracker was officially hosted by OpenBSD. This means it needs
to be driven by someone in the organization.

As a Cal Poly grad, I wish the university hosted public mirrors as well.
Having only one OpenBSD mirror in California, and only two west of the
Mississippi, seems pretty under-representative of the need.
