In addition, based on your sample request provided, you set "validateOnly": True. If this field is true, then the request is validated but not executed. Only errors are returned, not results. Kindly set this to false if you'd like the request to be executed. Once your request is successful, you may refer here for a sample response. Let me know if you have any questions.
