Hi,
I apologize for the inconvenience. The AdWords API Token Review team is
currently working very hard to process a large backlog of API applications
and are not able to be as responsive as they would like to be.

Moving forward, we do expect that applications built to use the AdWords API
will be built in according with the Terms and Conditions (
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/terms.html) and Required Minimum
Functionality (http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/requirements.html)
where appropriate. This is to ensure a good experience to end-customer of
products utilizing the AdWords API as well as ensure that all AdWords API
developers utilize a consistent and high quality API.
