+1 waiting for developer token over 3 months now. We had it for 5 years, and without warning it was disabled. Now adwords api team is saying they have to process many submition request - of course you do if you disable few 1000 accounts without warning.
Much better way would be to warn current API users to change this things, and give us normaln timeline till when. But it is how it is.
