Moving forward, the API does not appear to recognize (type_: UNKNOWN) some of the conversion actions retrieved from your account. That said, if the conversions or conversion actions are associated to other platforms such as Google Analytics, then it would not be possible to perform conversion adjustments using the Google Ads API, on the said conversions.
