Having wiki page describing everything about concepts in our app, would be
amazing, but as you mentioned, for us, not for product version. And if for
product we need special help page in the application and for upstream we want
wiki page, I am having worries about duplicate information and problem of
maintenance.
Just as a data point for the "worry" factor, it's probably a low (or very low)
level of worry.

If we write stuff up and have it in a wiki page, then the product docs people
(ECS in Brisbane) will use that as source material happily. If gives them more
useful info to work with.

For ongoing maintenance of that info, it's still generally low effort. The
docs people manually incorporate updated info, but it's not every little
change. They'll review stuff that needs updating prior to next product
release, make BZ's for it, then get it done.

Hope that's useful info. :)
