I too was waiting a bit until a few more folks had the book in hand.

I'm not sure we really need someone to 'lead' though.  If we do, I could
probably nudge things forward a little.  But before beginning in earnest, I
need to finish somethin gelse up. Give me a few days.

I'm not sure it has dried up.  I have actually been reading it and
considering contributions to a discussion but also assumed more were waiting
for copies than reading at this point.  Was anyone in particular going to
"lead" the reading?  I will probably formulate a response to the first
chapter this weekend.
