member, against a big guy, it is not always a mistake.
The judge will normally go way out of their way to make sure you are
treated fairly. I have seen it happen.
Just have to make sure you hit the filing deadlines for replies etc.
All the replies can be "didn't happen, they are liars".
But just like your taxes, you have to file.
