I don't recommend getting an all-in-one PC-monitor as you have limited monitor 
size options, and if anything breaks inside, you're extremely limited in what 
you can use to fix it.  

 

I recommend just getting a mini-PC and hiding it behind the monitor. Some can 
even run on 12V (may want to put power regulation in the power path depending 
on how stable the source is). From where do you usually buy PCs?

It is for permanent mounting in my splicing trailer so we always have access to

start streaming movies, well it is their data plan, not mine...
