The time is ok because it's stated as a time when "Cambium customers
started reporting" the issue.
It's factual at least.
Maintenance on a GPS satellite might not be the whole story, but it's
sufficiently vague to allow that the current theory of the GLONASS date
rollover might still prove to be wrong.
.....and in theory they have a few years to get a firmware patch in place.
