I think some of Jaime’s meals are too spicy, they make his photos blurry.

Tried something new tonight. Chicken thighs stuff with Chipotle Bitchin Sauce, bacon, and cheese. Smoked and brushed with BBQ sauce at the end. Doesn’t produce the kind of heat of some of Jamie’s meals 😊 but had some nice kick nonetheless. Wasn’t going to add the bacon, but wanted to do my part to end the bacon glut, and glad I added it.
