BTW we never use a headset, we use those little amplified speaker pucks that you charge with a USB charger. Drives customer dogs crazy, but sometimes useful to demonstrate an issue to customer down on the ground. Like yes, their tall tree swaying in the wind is the problem. Or see how I shift my weight and your TV tower tilts and it affects the signal. Or listen to the tone change with the wind turbine blades turning. Oh wow, the tech isn’t feeding me a line of B.S.

No more Radio Shacks, Frys doesn’t carry components anymore, I found some in the discontinued items bin at MicroCenter. Bottom line, when I realized I would also need a 48V POE, I put that SM on the shelf where it still sits today. I’m not sure why you’d want one. On top of everything else, it’s very expensive. I think its claim to fame is the dynamically tuned front end filter, which I guess would help if you had extremely high adjacent channel interference. I should really put it on eBay or something.
