When it came up for us, there was something about the term "ISP" that was a dirty word within Intuit. My impression at the time was that what they thought of as an internet service provider was different from what we thought of it as.
We caught it early enough to change our classification as "communications provider" or something, but it was so long ago, I really can't recall.
