Waiver doesn’t work with that type of customer. They just claim they never signed any such thing and when they’re shown their signature they say that you told them they were signing off on something else…..

He insisted it wasn't a problem because he owned the bucket truck. Fast forward a year to his radio dead after a lightening strike, where's the bucket truck?
