Threading was completely borked for me with Thunderbird. I made a couple
of changes in the config and that helped. The new list definitely
doesn't use the threading behavior Thunderbird expects/wants.

Seems a thread is started but when replies come in they are
placed on a separate thread and sometimes forked. Very messy and some
mails lost in translation.
