We won't do a 3.65 version of the indoor units. The reason is, the FCC considers that a mobile device. And if you are connecting a mobile device you must turn down the power of your base station by pretty much 90%. In other words, the power allowed by the FCC in 3.65 is not high enough to enable connection of indoor devices.
This was done on purpose so tu as not piss off the major cell carriers who spend billions on spectrum capable of providing mobile service, which includes connecting people inside their homes and businesses. If the FCC had allowed high enough power in 3.65 to connect it indoor CPE the carriers would have pitched a fit.
