Only set the same ssid if they are all ubnt devices and then enable the minimum signal level to like -80 so it will kick them off and force them to roam to another ap. Otherwise you end up connected to the ap with the least signal while sitting right next to a different ap. If not then you need to just name them all differently. This still won't solve that issue but if you educate the customer they can manually switch aps.
