I love the discussion so far on this. So there is varying degrees of where
this may be legal to do and not in some other cases. The way I have seen it
is that tuition and other public entities like DMV have always been able to
charge a convenience fee when I pay with credit card. Other places like
online retailers have never charged for CC.

So today, it would be possible to advertise a credit card price on our
website but then offer a Cash Discount for someone who pays with check or
ACH withdrawal?
