I don't have a bunch of prepay accounts like that, but there ones I do I simply negotiate a different rate (like 10% off) and then change the monthly. Since it's 12 month billing cycle when it runs it does 12xMRC. Then the customers card gets charged or the invoice tells them the annual cost.
I can't say it's had any flaws and I can think of a handful of accounts where it's worked, but YMMV.
