Maybe I didn't catch all the details here but would a self expiring discount
work? Maybe have it self expire after 11 months and if the customer pays
annually again next year add the self expiring discount back in?

I have a ticket open on it, I guess in the transition that didnt get
relayed this is purposefully disabled?

Are they broken completely? I dont like that you cant limit view able
packages by customer group like you can with services

I think you're saying you have a rate plan for monthly and
another for annually?

Just do one and use price override.

yeah, thats what we are currently doing, but it generates 2X
the number of rate plans and we are modifying our tiers to usage only but need
to control the speed based on the capability of the equipment and quality of
the install, it ultimately requires 36 standard rate plans to choose from to
keep that component centralized rather than per each device or site mikrotik.
18 is easier to manage and input since powercode doesnt have a way to import
rate plans.

Annual billing with discounts has been a powercode PITA since
day one, it doesnt seem all that complicated a thing

I don't have a bunch of prepay accounts like that, but there
ones I do I simply negotiate a different rate (like 10% off) and then change
the monthly. Since it's 12 month billing cycle when it runs it does 12xMRC.
Then the customers card gets charged or the invoice tells them the annual cost.

I can't say it's had any flaws and I can think of a handful
of accounts where it's worked, but YMMV.

What we have is a 10 dollar discount per month for annual
payments that equates to 120 bucks a year
I have the monthly service set to 39 and a monthly discount
set to 10 so the initial bill should be 29x12 with prepay set to 12, but its
just not happening
