yeah, thats what we are currently doing, but it generates 2X the number of
rate plans and we are modifying our tiers to usage only but need to control
the speed based on the capability of the equipment and quality of the
install, it ultimately requires 36 standard rate plans to choose from to
keep that component centralized rather than per each device or site
mikrotik. 18 is easier to manage and input since powercode doesnt have a
way to import rate plans.

Annual billing with discounts has been a powercode PITA since day one, it
doesnt seem all that complicated a thing
