The pulse and GPS data are obviously on separate pins. My guess would be
that the pulse pin isn't making contact on one end or the other. On the
RJ45 pipe pinout, I have no idea exactly which pin it is. I just plug
them in and they work.

If it reports 2D and 3D fix and lots of satellites, which is more
likely, a bad SyncPipe, or a bad SyncInjector? (a cable/connector
issue is another possibility)
When I go to the site (tomorrow), I will try the Pipe first, since
that would be the least disruptive.
