Between diet and exercise diet wins though exercise is helpful. 30
minutes of vigorous exercise will burn 300 to 450 calories depending on
body weight and other factors but one Little Debbie has 300 calories and
can be eaten in about 5 minutes.

I always say, it only takes five things to lose weight....
1. Diet
2. Diet
3. Diet
4. Diet
5. Exercise
A lot of people exercise and and feel more hungry. So, they naturally
eat more which usually doesn't help
with weight loss. To lose weight, focus on diet. Once you start seeing
the results you want, add in the
exercise if you don't exercise regularly already.

Can you change your schedule to put in 1hr of exercise before work
every day? I really need to exercise and with my projects/other
work in the evenings and weekends that is the solution I'm looking at.

Still trying to shed holiday pounds. Seems harder each year.
I know a bunch of guys that have lost a bunch of weight with
medifast. Seems expensive. I did nutrisystems years ago and
it worked pretty good. Any opinions? (My wife is a fantastic
cook, getting rid of her is NOT an option).
