I thought Chuck posted a sneak preview of just the thing a few days ago.

Also, if you are willing to drill a couple holes (5/8 I think) all the way 
through the pole, Commscope/Andrew has another mount that is basically a 
pipe-to-pipe clamp on the end of a piece of all-thread.

I'd be leery of mounting a 2' dish on anything smaller than a 2" pipe.  That 
looks like a 1" pipe.
