1 - AS is a number you get from ARIN
2 - I think it's just ARIN?  http://www.irr.net/docs/list.html
3 - generally full routes, you need 512 or 1024 megs of RAM on a MT
4 - It can be changed.  Just say you don't right now.
5 - Just list all your prefixes
6 - *ahem* probably should...but ya know...
