Their logic puzzles me. I expected their complaint to be that Comcast wasn’t faster than competitors like Google Fiber. But no. They complained that Comcast didn’t have the “fastest Internet” if you didn’t purchase the fastest speed. “Here, NAD noted that although XFINITY offers a variety of speeds at a range of prices and tiers, Comcast’s advertising does not limit its claims to a particular tier.
