If these are the OEM Ceragon IP20 units... then nope... they are designed/ 
spec'ed for -48 DC (Telco power) 
There is an optional POE converter/injector which can be powered with +/- 24 v 
DC.. but don't forget to check the power consumption as well 35W-40W...
