Carolina Logger / Lineman boots.

Love them, wearing them right now in the data center because they're just
that comfortable despite having steel toe / shank. Waterproof, goretex
lined, etc. Awesome, awesome boots.

No real sign of wear other than some scuffs on the leather around the
toecap, despite having them for 2 years in Alaska climbing towers and
mountains.

I've had them going on 4 years now, and in the shape they are in look like
they would easily hold up another 4.
