I had all the packet flux gear running for days, plugged in the 450i and 
started trying to figure out why it was not receiving sync.  Half hour or more 
later it said it was OK, so the delay had to be Cambium, not Packetflux.

The sync doesn't start instantly. takes a minute, but usually less.
