You don't have to hit me off list for my 2 cents. Offerings are fine.
Contracting and billing border on extortion. I had a two year contract with
them that I cancelled. They continued to bill and I tried for months to get
them to stop. They eventually sent me to a collections firm. I asked for
contract copies and all they ever would send was a copy of the bill with a
contract date printed on it 2 years in the future. When I asked to get a
copy of contract I signed that either had that date or an auto renewal they
would just resend the invoice. This even though I sent them recordings,
certified letters, and email chains from their people accepting the
cancellation.

I have no idea if it still shows up on my businesses' credit but it doesn't
much matter I guess. I haven't been turned down for anything. Maybe all the
CC guys know them already and discount their reporting. Anyway, their
billing sucks. They refuse to let you cancel. I would definitely read the
part about cancellation. Maybe ask to have the contract signor on their
part initial that section.
Bastards.
