Doesn’t seem like that the petition from T-Mobile is all that unique.. maybe a 
new spin on the suggestions made by other big boys in the past that the FCC 
shot down.

Like Adam I haven’t read the whole thing but enough to know that the 
implications aren’t good, especially for existing 3.65 deployments.
