We just put some up and weren’t impressed.  When you call tech support and they 
make you feel like a second class tech because you don’t use command line 
entries instead of the GUI, that’s pretty much the end of our relationship with 
that company going forward.  GUI’s are important to reducing training and being 
able to have more techs handle basic support which in turn reduces costs and 
improves support times.  How that message hasn’t gotten through to some 
companies is beyond me.
